Dayton, Ohio


In Dayton, OH on April 2nd, 2007, I got to meet Lilian Garcia at a hotel. She was such a sweetheart! smile.gif Since I can't hear, I wrote her a piece of paper that she read when I met her. On that paper, I asked if I could have a hug. She looked at me and was like, 'Of course!' and gave me a hug. We took a picture and then she gave me another hug. She signed my program. I thanked her and then she asked my friend, Amy, how to sign you're welcome. After showing Lilian how to sign that, she thought it was really funny because you're welcome sign looks like it means you're pregnant! She kept signing that and then looked at me, 'No, I'm not pregnant!' and then laughed. Lol. It was really funny. Then she signed you're welcome.
She is such a sweetie and I sure hope to meet her again one day.
