Fishy's fan encounter with lilian

I first met Lilian on November 25th 2006. It was at the Fox and Hound Pub at my Mall. It was a bright sunny day in November, which was surprising. I arrived REALLY early, so the line wasen't long yet. The place was already open, so luckily for me, the line was moving at a decent pace.
When I got closer, I could see Lilian(and what a sight she was, beautiful on TV, but gorgeous in person) She was being really nice to the fans, giving them lots of time to ask questions. Not to mention she signed everything they gave her, so caring about her fans. At this point, I wanted to meet her REALLY badly!
Finally, the opportunity arrived! When I met Lilian, she shook my hand and ask me politely for my name. I asked her questions and she answered them all! We talked for at least 10 minutes, which was the longest conversation between a fan and a WWE superstar that day. She didn't know how happy she made me. After our talk, I asked her to sign my giant image of her from the Viva La Divas photo shoot. It was funny, she was amazed how huge the photo was! She told me that nobody had her sign a photo of herself this big before! Glad I was the first, that made me happy. While she was signing my next photo, (which was smaller lol The one with her holding the American flag towel) I asked her about my all time favorite WWE Diva, Victoria. She said that her and Victoria get along really great and shared a story about the Viva Las Diva segment(seeing the American Flag towel photo) where Victoria walked in during the shoot and kept making her laugh lol It was cute, she really loves her dear friends. Next I had her sign my "Shout" CD single! She signed the cover and the CD. I finally asked her when her new album would come out. She said that the album is behind schedule, but should release late next year(which is now, 2007) I remember telling her "it's worth the wait" and she said "Exactly" Before leaving, my friend took a picture of us together and I hugged her.
I dubbed Lilian "The Angel of Wrestling" and "The American Sweetheart" long before meeting her, and I'm happy to know that giving her those titles was the best thing I've ever done. After meeting her, she truly defines everything a role model is about. She's small, but never underestimate the heart and soul of Lilian Garcia.
