Hi Everyone,

Welcome to my new journal!! Since this is my first installment, I will catch all of you up on my last year, which has been rather exciting and mind blowing. It all started early 2005 when I was given word that I would get the opportunity to record an album with two unbelievable producers. I'm speaking of George Noriega & Tim Mitchell. Between the two of them, they have written and produced for Gloria Estefan, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Jon Secada and Jennifer Lopez, to name a few. We started writing and recording last summer and have one more song left to finish. One thing I have found out is that you can’t rush the creative process. A part of me is anxious to get this record done and yet another part of me doesn’t want it to end. I have to say this has been the best and most rewarding year of my life. I never knew how fulfilling writing and singing could be! I even wrote a song for Eddie Guerrero, which is very special to me and I hope keeps his memory alive. I was also fortunate enough to not only co-write three songs with Jon Secada but also record a duet with him. I feel he has an amazing voice and I am very humbled to have the opportunity to have this duet on my album!!

Look for my bilingual CD in the stores sometime this summer. As always, thank you all for your interest and the unbelievable support you have given me since I joined the WWE family!

Lots of love, Lilian

Hi Everyone,

First off, I hope everyone has had a great year so far!  For me it has been great but also rather interesting.  I finally finished my album and thought it would be out this summer but I have had my own lesson of the record business.  Things don’t’ happen as quickly as we want them to!  I never knew how much prep work goes into releasing an album and all I can say is that no one will be happier than me when it finally does come out!!!!

As it looks now, I have been told that it will now drop sometime early 2007.  I know that seems like a long ways away but with all the prep work needing to be done, it will be here before we know it. I always say, better to wait and do it right then to rush it and make mistakes.

I want to thank all of you for your patience and also for your interest in my album.  I am extremely proud of it and can’t wait for the world to hear it.  It truly comes from the heart and I hope it touches you as much as it touched me writing and singing it.

Thank you also for all your wonderful entries in my guestbook.  They truly mean a lot to me!

Rock on! Love,

Lilian

Oct 2006

Hi Everyone,

Hope you are all having a great 2006 so far, if not, hold on, 2007 is right around the corner. =)  For me this year has been very busy but great.  I have been traveling a lot with WWE and for me that is always great cause it gives me a chance to meet all of you face to face.

Among my travels, one of the cool things I recently got to do was go to Mexico City for the MTV Latin VMA’s!! I had a blast!  On the Red Carpet I got to hang out with Daddy Yankee, Shakira, Nelly Furtado, Robbie Williams, Julieta Venegas, Fall Out Boy and many more.  The show itself was also awesome especially because I had the chance to see one of the producers of my album, Tim Mitchell play guitar for Shakira who opened the show! He is also her musical director and they were both incredible!

Next week I am going to the Latin Grammy’s in NYC at Madison Square Garden.  I am very excited and will let you know how that goes.

As far as my record, I wish I had more news on its’ release date but like I said in my previous journal entry, it takes a lot of prep work to release an album.  Timing is everything!  I know I’m more than ready for its release and can’t wait to be out performing it live!!  I think out of the whole process of being in the music business, my favorite part is performing live cause it is when I get to connect with all of you.  It is where we can put aside all our problems and rock the house together!!

Well, that’s it for now.  Hope you enjoy the MTV photos and thanks again for all your nice comments in my guest book! They mean a lot to me!

Forever Rockin', Lilian =)

Happy New Year everyone!! Hope you all had a great holiday season. I just recently returned from my Christmas vacation and wanted to share some photos with you. I was in one of the most amazing countries in the world; Spain! For those of you who don’t know, I was raised in Madrid, Spain as a kid because my father worked in the American Embassy. I was there for the first 8 years of my life.

Madrid is one of the most incredible, beautiful, charming, liveliest and magical cities I have ever encountered. The energy there is indescribable. It comes from the people, the history in the city, the architecture, the smell in the air and the all around vibe on the streets. The people are extremely friendly and the food is absolutely delicious!! My favorite happens to be “Gambas a la Plancha”, which is, grilled shrimp in their complete shell (yes, that means heads too!). Now, you don’t eat the shell but the flavor you get from sucking on them is oh, so good! I even ate them for breakfast every morning!!

The day I arrived and walked the streets of Madrid, I couldn’t help but get emotional. I had an amazing childhood there and being back brought forth many memories. As a child, I went to school on the US Military Base in Madrid where I started learning English in Kindergarten. My mother would constantly take my sister and I to the theater (which I loved) and since it was so accessible, we frequently traveled all around Europe to experience other cultures.

I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to go back and wanted to share some photos with you of this most amazing place. My trip also included Sevilla, Toledo, Granada & some extreme skiing in the Sierra Nevada Mountains off of Granada.

Hope you all enjoy the photos and get to someday visit beautiful España!

Con mucho cariño, Lilian

Hi everyone,

I just want to update you on the status of the release of my album. Well, I know my last journal entry said that my CD would hopefully drop early 2007 but I have to report that is no longer the case. I wish I could give you a definite release date but the truth is, I'm not sure. So many aspects come into play when releasing an album that there is no such thing as a definite time-table. All I can say is that we are working hard to release it hopefully sometime this summer.

Thank you for your interest and your constant support.

Forever Rockin',

Lilian :)

Hi everyone,

Yes, it is true, I was in a skiing accident in Killington, VT on March 17th. I have been a skier since I was six years old and decided to go skiing that weekend because of a huge snow storm that hit the Northeast. Normally that would mean the conditions for skiing would be great but unfortunately that was not the case. The snow that fell was also mixed with sleet which made the snow very heavy. Since it had snowed all night, none of the trails were groomed and the powder was very thick. I was skiing down a black diamond run and when I was landing from a jump, my ski got caught underneath a big pile of snow. Normally the binding would release my boot but unfortunately, the ski kept turning to the left and twisted my knee and that’s when I felt a pop! I went down really fast and couldn’t move. I knew right away I was in trouble. The stretcher came to get me and normally I would try and tough it out and ski down but I knew my knee would not let me.

At the clinic, I was informed by Dr. Russell that the x-rays were negative for any broken bones but that he suspects I have a torn ACL on my right knee. I had an MRI taken Monday, March 19th but will not find out results until March 20th.

While I was in the clinic, I found out that four other skiers had come in right after me with the same injury. As well, there were also lots of patients there with bloody noses, concussions and broken bones. Not a very good day for any of us!

I want to thank everyone that has written or called me with their concerns. It really means a lot to me. As soon as I find out my results, I will let all of you all know. I do however hope to be back on Monday Night Raw next Monday the 26th even if I am hobbling a bit!!

I love you all! Lilian :)

Hi Everyone,

As most of you know, I had to have surgery April 5th to repair a torn acl which I suffered during a skiing accident. I am happy to report that the surgery was a big success but now I have a long road ahead of me in rehabilitation. My Physical Therapist, Jason, is working very hard with me so that I can get back to ring announcing as soon as possible. For now we know I will at least miss 3 weeks but it is too soon to tell how my knee is going to heal and whether I will be back at the end of April. Believe me when I say that I am working really hard to come back as soon as possible!!! I miss the show and all of you already.

I have enclosed some photos of my operation and want to take this time to thank my wonderful doctor who took such great care of me. His name is Dr. Armin Tehrany and his practice is in New York City where I live. He and his staff have been unbelievable with me!! Besides Dr. Tehrany I would like to send a special thanks to Peter and Jason. They are working very hard now to get me back in shape to be able to walk and run again.

Last but not least, I want to thank all of you! I am so lucky to have such amazing fans as yourselves that care so much about me and my recovery. Your emails and messages are really helping me get through this tough time.

I love you all and can't wait to be back!!

Hi Everyone,

It has been three weeks since my surgery and let me start by saying that going through this surgery and rehab experience has given me a whole new outlook at all our WWE Superstars. Knowing now what they go through to come back from an injury and wrestle again makes me have even more respect for them. In my case, getting my knee to function normal again has not been easy!! The thing is, when you have ACL reconstruction surgery, your leg looses most of it's muscle, bending ability, leg extension and capability to put pressure on it which means I'm still on crutches. But make no mistake about it, I am working very hard in rehab every day to be able to return as soon as possible. I miss RAW, my WWE family and all of you very much!!

I would like to thank everyone at Dr. Tehrany's office for helping me with my recovery, especially Dr. Tehrany and my physical therapist, Jason who has been kicking my butt!! :)

I wish I could tell you my return date but it is still too soon to tell. For now, thanks again for all your great emails and concerns!! It really means a lot to me.

July 3, 2007

Hi Everyone,

Wow, it felt so great to be back last night!! Unfortunately, even though my heart was ready, my leg didn’t exactly cooperate. If you noticed I was only in the ring for the first two matches & then I had to announced the rest of the matches from outside the ring. It was just that my knee was having a hard time getting used to climbing the ring stairs, getting in the ring & also wearing heels! Girls have it so rough! =)

Anyway, I will be back next week & hopefully be able to announce in the ring! Thank you to everyone that was there last night!! You gave me such a welcoming reception that it brought a tear to my eye. Thank you also to all of you for your messages in my guest book. I want you to know that even though I can’t respond all of your messages, I read them all & they mean the world to me!!

Love you all!!

Forever Rockin, Lilian =)

Hi Everyone,
FINALLY!!!!!! I have been given word that my album is going to be released this Fall!! (Final date will be released soon) I can’t tell you how thrilled I am! For those of you who don’t know, my album is Pop Rock, mostly in Spanish and my first album release! If you don’t speak Spanish, I still invite you to get the album because I think you will still dig the music and will be amazed how cool it is to listen to another language. Also, I have been very blessed that I got to record a duet with the ever talented Jon Secada and we loved the song so much that we also recorded it in English. My producers were Tim Mitchell & George Noriega which between them have recorded & worked with Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin, Gloria Estefan & Jon Secada to name a few. They are extremely talented and kicked ass on this album! I wrote & co-wrote 11 out of the 12 songs so they are very much from my heart! I really hope you enjoy it and thanks again to all of you for your undying support!!
Forever Rockin’, Lilian
