When there"s a chill in the air outside, what's a Diva to do?
"I just love to stay in and snuggle!" said Lilian Garcia.
The Raw ring announcer adores nothing more than a roaring fire and a cozy blanket.
"When it's this cold, the only thing I like to do is stay inside and snuggle by the fire all day long, watching movies and ordering in. Living in New York City I have that luxury. The delivery people must hate life when it's cold, but I utilize them!" Lilian said.

When Lilian Garcia isn't traveling with WWE as a Raw ring announcer, she tries to find some time to hit ski slopes all around the globe.
"In December I went to Spain to the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It was awesome," she told Diva Dish.
"I've been wanting to go skiing again, but the season hasn't been that great for skiers. There hasn't been all that much snow. I'm hoping maybe in a couple of weeks I can go out West," Lilian said.
"I love to go skiing in Colorado. Copper Mountain is my favorite. I want to ski Utah; I've never been skiing there. I also love skiing in Canada, in the Alberta Mountains. It's really nice."

Lilian Garcia told Diva Dish she's not really a shop-a-holic, but more of a shop-til-ya-drop type of girl.
My shopping goes in spurts. I get into this mode where I'll go one Saturday and shop all day. I'll pick all my ring clothes that one day for the next month to month and a half, and then I don't shop for a while, the Raw ring announcer said.
I'm not one of those people who likes to shop all the time. I just like to get it done all in one day and not worry about it. I wear everything out, and then go shopping again!

Raw ring announcer Lilian Garcia is known for rocking sexy, stylish clothes every Monday night. It's not often you'll see her wearing the same thing more than once or twice, either. So what does Lilian do with her clothes when she's done wearing them?
They'll either go up for auction, or a lot of time I will take a lot of my clothes and give them to the Covenant House. It's an organization that helps men, women and kids get off the street and back on their feet again, Lilian told Diva Dish.
"Apparently Covenant House has a big room with racks of all the clothes that are donated, and the people in need go in there and select clothes for themselves", she explained. They also have a program where they can actually stay for a year longer and learn how to get and pay for an apartment, and they purchase clothes from the place, so they start learning about the value of money.
Lilian said the Covenant House is not far from where she lives in New York City, so it's the perfect place for her too donate clothes, and sometimes even furniture, housewares and books, too.
"I'm very proud of being able to help out with this organization and give away a lot of my clothes", she said. "You might see some of my clothes walking down the street! You never know!"

Lilian Garcia made her highly-anticipated return to Raw this week, after a more than three month absence as ring announcer. Lilian injured her ACL while skiing in March. She told Diva Dish she missed being in the Raw ring, and appreciates our fans’ warm welcome back.
“The reaction from the crowd was incredible. I want to thank our fans who have supported me throughout all of this. Whether it’s on my Web site, or everywhere I turn – when I see them on the street, they’re always like, ‘When are you coming back?!’ ” Lilian said. “So to go through that curtain, hear the applause and the crowd reaction of everyone being so happy to have me back and saying, ‘Oh my gosh, the voice is back,’ it just feels great.”
Lilian prepared for her return by rehabilitating her knee every day after her surgery. While she was able to announce the first two matches from the Raw ring, her injury forced her to announce the remaining matches from ringside, as it was difficult to climb the ring stairs in high heels! Lilian promised she’ll be back in the ring on Monday’s Raw. She said the influx of well-wishes from our fans is what kept her strong throughout the past three months, and she’s thankful.
“All the letters I’ve gotten, e-mails and messages on my Web site – that’s what got me through it. I wanted to come back a whole lot sooner, but there was just no way around it,” she said. “The first three months is the danger zone when you can hurt it again, and go through the whole thing all over again, and that was the last thing I wanted to do! So I seriously had to take these three months and concentrate on that. But it’s been completely worth it.”

RAW’s resident songstress, Lilian Garcia, is a fan of attending outdoor concerts at Jones Beach in New York.
“I saw KISS and Aerosmith there. Oh, it was awesome! It rocked the whole night,” she said. “It was on Jones Beach, so it was outside, overlooking the beach. You can’t get a better atmosphere than that. For a summer concert, I love to go to Jones Beach as much as I can, but that concert really, really nailed it.”

Raw ring announcer Lilian Garcia certainly knows her music. The songbired picked a hit that was nominated for the Grammy Award for Record of the Year in 2006.
“I love ‘Feel Good Inc.’ by the Gorillaz. It makes me feel good,” she said. “It’s a lot of fun, the Divas are always singing to each other. I love that song.”

Diva Dating
Lilian Garcia said the summer equals being athletic, playing sports outside and hitting the beach, of course.
“You can take me rollerblading, biking, waterskiing. I love the beach, too. I love laying out all day on the beach, listening to music and swimming,” Lilian said. “I love to take Jet-Skis out on the beach. … It’s all about being outdoors in the summer and being wild and free, but doing something athletic.”

Organized for ’08
Diva Dish recently caught up with Raw ring announcer Lilian Garcia, who shared her New Year’s resolution for 2008.
“My New Year’s resolution is to get more organized, which is really hard to do because we’re on the road so much, but I can’t stand clutter anymore! I can’t! I cannot!” she laughed.
“I have bags and bags at home of clothing that I’m going to give away to charity, which I always do – there’s a Covenant House in New York City. I just can’t wait. I have bags and bags of it. I said enough with so much clothing,” she continued.
“It’s going to be one of those years when I’m going to live with what I need, not ‘I want this, and I want that, and I want this.’ I’m using it as a reflective year of growing up and just seeing what’s really important in life.”
Not only has Lilian promised to get more organized, the Diva is sure 2008 is going to be a special year in her life.
“You know what, 2008 is going to be a big year for me because eight’s my lucky number. So I’ve always been looking forward to 2008,” Lilian smiled. “Now that I just released my record and all that, I really feel it’s going to be amazing and I really plan to make it amazing!”

Love of Cars
Finally, Lilian Garcia told Diva Dish her preferred mode of transportation these days isn’t a car, but a MetroCard.
“I don’t have a car now, because I live in New York City, so my car is a MetroCard – it’s the subway!” she laughed.
“I do miss my car, though. I had a Camaro. It was red and it was beautiful. It had the T-tops on it and a spoiler. The rims were amazing. I love cars, and sporty cars, and that Camaro was my hot car,” she reminisced.
“I got a lot of tickets in it because I would race on the highway like crazy, but thank goodness, I talked myself out of a lot of them! I named it Shadow,” she said. “Shadow and I, man, we went to the beach a lot. It had a lot of history. It was really hard when I moved to New York to let him go, but you know, I had to do it.”

Father's Day
Lilian Garcia described her father as the type of guy who always sees the glass as half-full. Although her parents live in North Carolina and she’s in New York City, Lilian has always remained close with her parents.
“My dad taught me a lot of discipline and tough love, but not overly tough. He has a lot of respect for me, and I have a lot of respect for him. He always encouraged anything I did. He told me I could do anything I want. He told me to graduate from college and pursue anything, and he’d back me up. Not all parents are like that, so it was special for me to have that in my life,” the Raw ring announcer said.
